Specific placement requirements

Rules, conditions and indemnity

  • Supply your own structure, walls, tables and chairs.
  • Trade until 22:00 and leave only when instructed for lockdown.
  • Set-up is Thursday, 01 October 2026 and must be complete by 17:00.
  • No stand may pack up before the festival ends at 12:00 on Sunday.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 3 weeks before the festival.

The Tsitsikamma Adventure Fest, its committee and agents accept no liability for loss, theft, vandalism, fire, damage, bodily injury, health problems or death. All exhibits and participation are entirely at the stallholder's own risk.
